We were able to use the existing deck foundation for the new structure. In this photo, Chuck is pinning the hardware that the deck posts will sit.
The deck will connect to the back of the home and extend down to the water. It will be perfect for entertaining on those summer nights.
While we work on the foundation and prep work, the deck load is ready and waiting.
In our next update, we’ll share about the custom cabinets we’ve been adding in the kitchen and living areas.
