The custom Steilacoom, Wash., house we’re working on is being sided with Hardieplank siding and HardieShingle siding; the Milgard WoodClad doors are in and most of the windows. The house’s heating system has been installed and a subcontractor is at work on the electrical right now. Because of the house’s size, it requires a sprinkler system — that goes in next, followed by insulation and drywall. Stay tuned: We’ll be installing the elevator in a couple weeks.
